xmen_remix | Reminder

Hello, remixers! It has been three weeks since assignments went out. This is your reminder that your assignment is due in just over two weeks, at 11:59pm Eastern time on August 3rd. If you have not uploaded your assignment by then, we will automatically default you and send out a pinch hit. There will be no extensions.

To upload your drawing/story, go to the X-Men Remix 2014 collection and hit the button at the top that says "Post to Collection." Most of the collection-specific information will be filled out for you, but don't forget to include the URL of the work you remixed in the area that says "This work is a remix, a translation, a podfic, or was inspired by another work." Opt-ins for Remix Madness are still open on DW and LJ, You may participate regardless of whether or not you signed up for the main exchange. You do not have to opt in in order to write/draw for other people, and there is no minimum word count. The Remix Madness collection will open for posting on August 3rd, and opt-ins and posting will both remain open until authors and artists are revealed on both collections on August 17th.

Finally, if you would like to be on the pinch hit list, please post a comment on DW or LJ. Our thanks to everyone who has already signed up! At this time last year, we were getting worried about how few people we had on the list, so we really appreciate it. <3
